Returns

We will accept returns or exchanges of unused item(s) in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of your receipt. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number that may be obtained using this form must accompany all returns. Upon submittal of the RGA form we will assign you an RGA number. You must include this number on the outside of the box with your return. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE AN RGA NUMBER!!! Any returns sent without an RGA number will receive no credit. Once we receive your authorized return we will credit you the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%, with a $7.50 minimum charge).  If your order was received with free shipping the shipping amount will be removed from the credit.  Cancellation of custom orders will result in a restocking fee of 25% . (Manufacturers include Gayle Bright, Turned in Stone, Myterra and Sietto) Any damaged pieces will receive or any items that cannot be sold as new will receive no credit. Restocking on Jeffrey Alexander is 25% or $25.00 whichever is greater.

Samples

We want you to be 100% comfortable with your choice of hardware. We know in order to make that possible you may need to hold a piece or see its exact shade. Our Sample policy makes it easy. Here is how it works:

1. Purchase up to three sample pieces from any of our manufacturers. The pieces can be purchased at the listed price.
2. We will ship the samples to you for our regularly low shipping rate of $7.95 per manufacturer.
3. These samples are yours to examine and keep. They cannot be returned.
4. If within 60 days you decide you like one of the samples and wish to place a complete order of equal or greater value than your sample, you will receive 40% of your total sample cost back.

 **Any sample orders placed with more than 3 pieces will be treated as a regular order. 

***  No samples credits are allowed for pieces with a retail cost of more than $20.00

Cancellations

Your order may be canceled prior to shipment. Any cancellations after your order is shipped will be subject to shipping and/or restocking fees (up to 25%).

Gayle Bright, Anne at Home, Wer Design, Turned in Stone, Notting Hill are all made to order and may only be canceled up to 2 business days after placing your order. Cancellations after 2 business days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping

All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Ground takes 2-5 Business Days to deliver to most Continental U.S. Addresses, but may be faster depending on where you are in location to our warehouses. In most cases it takes no more than 1-2 days to process an order, although we frequently process and ship in stock items in less than 24 hours.  Please refer to individual product information pages for approximate ship times.  The shipping times on these pages get added to the 2-5 days needed to deliver your order to reach the total time it takes for your order to arrive at your door. Shipping is $7.95 per manufacturer. There will be an additional $7.95 added after your order is placed if it contains items from multiple manufacturers. This will only be charged if we need to ship you more than one package to complete your order.

Orders over $100 ship for free with the following conditions:

• Only valid on orders that consist of single manufacturers. Additional shipping fees will apply for any order that consists of more than 1 manufacturer.

• If your order consists of 2 or more manufacturers we will deduct $7.95 for every $100 you spend.

UPS and FedEx will not ship to Post Office Boxes.  Please have a valid location address for proper delivery.

Price Matching

Don't be fooled by our competitors price matching. Knob Deco offers the most competitive "out-the-door" pricing along with top rated customer service. We have no hidden fees with your purchase OR your return.

If you see a product by a manufacturer we sell,  sold elsewhere for less, we will match that price!   Simply follow these instructions:

1) Email us the URL of the product page along with the quantity you wish to purchase. The URL must lead directly to the actual product page. example - www.mycompetitor.com/product-code.html

2) Upon receipt and confirmation of the pricing we will forward you a coupon code for the exact price difference. This is the difference in cost of our final price as compared to theirs. This coupon will only be valid for the original product in your communication.

3) Price Matching only applies to Websites who have Customer Service Phone numbers. Knob Deco reserves the right to refuse price matching on "Knock-Offs", Clearance Items, Open Package Items, Clearance Items, Overstock Items, or items from a Wholesale Distributor.  We must also be able to verify that the company is still in business.

4)Price Matching is not available for orders already placed.

5)We do not price match the following manufacturers; Amerock, Belwith Products

Damaged Or Damaged

If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted by email at customerservice@knobdeco.com  to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization as you will not receive credit.
