We will accept returns or exchanges of unused item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of your receipt. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number that may be obtained using this form must accompany all returns. Upon submittal of the RGA form we will assign you an RGA number. You must include this number on the outside of the box with your return. Any returns sent without an RGA number will receive no credit. Once we receive your authorized return we will credit you the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%, with a $7.50 minimum charge)(Cancelation of custom orders will result in a restocking fee up to 40%.  Manufacturers include Gayle Bright, Turned in Stone and Sietto) Any damaged pieces will receive no credit, any items that cannot be sold as new will incur a 50% restocking fee. Special Orders and Custom Items may not be returned for any reason
