All non-made to order products may be canceled prior to shipment at no charge.  Cancellations after order shipment will be subject to the Knob Deco exchange or return policy. Made to order products include items from Anne at Home, Gayle Bright, Myterra, Notting Hill, Turned in Stone.  Items from these manufacturers may be canceled within 2 business days after order placement at no charge.  Cancellations of made to order products after 2 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Same Manufacturer Exchanges

All non-made to order products may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value from the same manufacturer without any restocking fee.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

Unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 20 days of receipt under the following process:

1. All returns must include a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which you may receive by contacting our customer service department at or 1-888-KNOBS-4-U (566-2748).  In your RGA request, please include your name, address, order number, and contents you wish to return. Upon receipt of the RGA form, we will send you a RGA number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

2. Please ensure that the RGA number is printed on the outside of the box with your return. 

3. You have 20 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.

4. Custom made to order items from Edgar Berebi, Anne at Home and Forms and Surfaces are NON-RETURNABLE.

Sample Orders

Utilize our sample policy to evaluate multiple cabinet hardware products in your home and receive a 40% credit toward a future purchase.

1. Purchase up to 3 sample pieces from any of our manufacturers. Sample pieces are limited to products with a retail cost of $20.00 or less.

2. We will ship the sample products to you for the low shipping rate of $12.95.

3. Place an order of equal or greater value than the sample order within 60 days through our customer service telephone line at 1-888-KNOBS-4-U (566-2748).  You will receive a 40% credit of your total sample order.

All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and take 2-5 business days to deliver to most addresses within the Continental U.S. Products may not be shipped to Post Office Boxes. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $12.95.

Expedited shipping is available to reduce in transit times for products.

Defective or Damaged

We will replace defective or damaged products within 10 business days of receipt using the following process:1. Price Matching

At Knob Deco we want to provide the most competitive pricing and superior customer service in the industry.  If you see a product advertised for a lower price by another retailer, contact us to request a price match at 1-888-KNOBS-4U (566-2748).  Please be prepared to provide the following:

1. The specific web page of the product you would like to receive a price match on.

2. The quantity of the product you would like to purchase.

3. Price matching only applies to websites who have actively working customer service phone numbers. Due to the presence of pirated products, clearance items, open package items, overstock items, mis-advertised products, and items direct from wholesale distributors, we cannot match all prices found. We must also be able to verify that the company is still in business and is in compliance with the manufacturer’s MAP (minimum advertised price) Policy.

4. Price matching is not available for orders already placed.

Installation Disclaimer

Do not prepare and/or drill installation holes for cabinet hardware or other products before receiving products and measuring the individual hardware pieces for exact dimensions.  Rely on the measurements of each individual piece and not on the dimensions or sizes provided by manufacturers, the Knob Deco website, written communication, or verbally.  It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure the hardware measurements before drilling for installation.
